/KASE, March 11, 2021/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 5, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• removed: S. Kan – Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: B. Oral – Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation consists of four persons: B. Oral, A. Nigai, B. Oral, N. Buksha, L. Yanushko.
