/KASE, March 3, 2021/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 22, 2021: "Increase the number of authorized shares of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC by issuing 12,633,932 ... ordinary shares".
