/KASE, March 2, 2021/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 26, 2021, the following persons were elected to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• S. Saudabayev – member of the Board of Directors, representative of Kazakhtelecom JSC shareholder;
• T. Khudaiberdiyev – member of the Board of Directors, representative of Kazakhtelecom JSC shareholder.

Takin into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of Kcell consists of nine persons: A. Buyanov, R. Makhat, D. Inkarbekova, K. Yessekeev, V. Popov, T. Turlov, Jere Calmis, S. Saudabayev, T. Khudaiberdiyev.
