/KASE, March 2, 2021/ – The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the following communique:

As part of the implementation of the Act No. 399-VI of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.01.2021 "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of the restoration of economic growth", the Management Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market adopted the Resolution No. 16*, which determines the procedure, conditions and terms of state registration of the issue, registration of changes and (or) additions to a private memorandum, as well as requirements for documents for state registration of an issue of non-government bonds subject to private offering, registration of changes and (or) additions to a private memorandum.

The Resolution provides for:

1) reduction of the list of documents for state registration of the issue of non-government bonds subject to private offering of bonds;

2) reduction of the terms for consideration by the authorized body of documents submitted for state registration of the issue of these bonds to three working days;

3) the requirement to submit a private memorandum, the structure of which has a reduced amount of information, in contrast to the bond issue prospectus.

This Resolution comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication – 27.02.2021.
