/KASE, March 2, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the sole partner dated February 23, 2021:

• to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020;
• to retain the net income for 2020 in the amount of KZT251,960,000 for business development.
