/KASE, February 26, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization R-Finance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 24, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Supervisory Board:

• removed: A. Ni – member of the Supervisory Board;
• elected N. Ni – member of the Supervisory Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" LLP consists of three persons: G. Butinbayeva, N. Ni, A. Ni.
