/KASE, February 25, 2021/ – SEC "DAMU AGRO" (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on February 23, 2021, at an extraordinary general meeting of partners, a decision was made to redeem from February 25, 2021 outstanding bonds KZ2D00007002 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", PKDAb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; November 17, 2020 – November 17, 2025; quarterly coupon, 14.00 % per annum; 30/360) on the regulated securities market at the market price.
