/KASE, February 15, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that trading in common shares KZ000A0ETF32 (KASE main market, category
"standard", ATFB) of ATFBank JSC (Almaty) will be resumed on KASE from
February 16, 2021.
Trades in these shares were suspended on KASE since February 8, 2021.
Trades in these shares were resumed in connection with the receipt by KASE of
a letter from ATFBank JSC dated February 11, 2021, according to which, as part
of exercising the right of claim, First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC, bought the
said shares from minority shareholders of ATFBank JSC, as a result of which the
number of common shares of ATFBank JSC owned by First Heartland Jýsan
Bank JSC amounted to 100%.
