/KASE, February 11, 2021/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network
Company (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of
its shareholders will begin on March 15, 2021 at 11:00 o'clock, with the
following agenda:
- on making changes and additions to the company's charter;
- on the termination of the powers of an independent director of the company
and on the election of a new independent director;
- on partial early redemption of bonds KZ2C00002020 (MREKb7).
