/KASE, February 2, 2021/ – PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 29, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: D. Turganov – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: L. Yanushko – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, O. Perfilov, БN. Buksha, G. Andreev, E. Tabanov, A. Nigai.
