/KASE, January 29, 2021/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 18, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:

• removed: D. Turganov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board for production;
• elected: L. Yanushko – deputy Chairman of the Management Board for production.

Taking into account the said change, the Management Board of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation consists of five persons: S. Kan, A. Nigai, B. Oral, N. Buksha, L. Yanushko.
