• the company bought back 10,445,774 common shares and 2 preferred shares;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is K.Rakishev, who owns 12,690,589,162 shares of the company (95.85% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 12,560,928,493 common shares and 129,660,669 preferred shares of the company.
