/KASE, January 28, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was provided with an extract from the shareholder registers system of Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC as of January 1, 2021.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 142,949,700 pieces, preferred shares - 15,120,000 pieces;
• 99,953,939 common shares and 9,896,772 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 493 common shares and 3,428 preferred shares;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KCR INTERNATIONAL B.V. , who owns 109,130,168 shares of the company (99.34% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 99,940,708 common shares and 9,189,460 preferred shares of the company.
