Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 5th coupon payment on its bonds of the first issue

/KASE, June 17, 03/ - Today Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on June 16 of 2003, in accordance with issue terms the bank paid the fifth coupon interest on its bonds of the first issue (KZ75KARGCA53; KASE's official "А" listing category, CCBNb1; $100, $4.5 m.; December 16, 00 - December 17, 05; semi-annual coupon 12.0% APR). According to the issuer's information, sum of the payment was equal to KZT40,040,819.55 at the weighted average stock exchange's rate KZT148.87 for dollar. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment by the date of register fixation (May 15, 03) the whole registered volume of securities was on bondholders' depo-accounts. [2003-06-17]
