/KASE, January 21, 2021/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 23,
2021 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda including issues of concluding
supplements to the credit agreement and collateral agreement.
