/KASE, January 13, 2021/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 8, 2021
at 11:00 o'clock.
The only issue on the agenda of the meeting is the issue of early termination of
powers and election of a member of the Board of Directors of the company,
determination of the amount and conditions for payment of remuneration and
compensation for expenses for the performance of his duties.
