/KASE, January 8, 2021/ – Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has announced that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 5, 2021,
Y. Undybayev was elected the first deputy Chairman of the company's Management
Board.
Taking into account the said change, the Management Board of Insurance
Company "Kommesk-Omir" consists of nine persons: O. Khanin, Y. Undybayev,
V. Slizkoukhiy, A. Tiyesova, M. Amirbekov, T. Kolchina, Y. Afonina, M. Ivanova,
Y. Ramazanov.
