/KASE, December 31, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 29, 2020, the
composition of the bank's Board of Directors was changed:
- excluded: G. Yesenov – the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Anthony
Espina – Member of the Board of Directors, S. Akhanov – member of the
Board of Directors, independent director, B. Sultanova – member of the Board
of Directors, independent director, R. Shaketayev – member of the Board of
Directors;
- elected: Shigeo Katsu – Chairman of the Board of Directors, E. Pan –
member of the Board of Directors, A. Kayip – member of the Board of
Directors, Zh. Azbekov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, M. Dzhaukhanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, Y. Orynbayev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of ATFBank
consists of six persons: Shigeo Katsu, E. Pan, A. Kayip, Zh. Azbekov, M.
Dzhaukhanov, Y. Orynbayev.
