ForteBank has announced the closure of the deal on sale of 100% of ordinary
shares of Kassa Nova Bank to investment company Freedom Finance.
In August 2020, ForteBank announced the signing of an agreement on sale of
100% of ordinary shares of Bank Kassa Nova. The closing of the transaction was
preceded by the receipt of approval from the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market and other
necessary permits.
