/KASE, December 29, 2020/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 28, 2020,
bonds KZ2P00007206 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be
determined based on results of the first successful special trading session on
bond offering; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Nur-Sultan)
were included in category "bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is December 29, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
