/KASE, December 29, 2020/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00002020 (KASE main market, category "bonds", MREKb7) will take place on January 14, 2021.

The agenda of the meeting includes the issue of making amendments the issue prospectus of the said bonds.
