/KASE, December 22, 2020/ – BAST (East Kazakhstan region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of registered changes and additions to the share issue prospectus and
the certificate of state registration of the issue of authorized shares
dated December 20, 2020, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of
the Financial Market has registered amendments to the company's share
issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the change of the company's
location and increase in the number of authorized ordinary shares of the
company and issued taking into account the earlier authorized 500,000
ordinary shares of the company;
- the issue was divided in 5,500,000 ordinary shares KZ1C00001015.
