/KASE, December 14, 2020/ – Transtelecom based in Nur-Sultan (bonds, official list of KASE) has informed KASE that its Board of Directors on December 10, 2020 appointed the following Board members:

• Y. Adaybekov, Chairman of the Board;
• Y. Minavar, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Strategic Development and Innovation;
• K. Barmenkulov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Organizational Development;
• G. Donenbai, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Corporate Business Development;
• K. Kassymov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Business Development in the Public Sector;
• M. Akhmetov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Operations;
• D. Kozhasbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Economics and Finance;
• A. Baymyrzauly, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Administrative and Legal Issues.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Transtelecom is represented by eight people.
