/KASE, December 7, 2020/ – As we have announced, KASE Board authorized
listing of international bonds XS2264979431 (KZT60.0 bn, 08.12.20 - 08.12.29;
floating semi-annual coupon equal to semi-annual inflation in the Republic of
Kazakhstan + 1%; 30/360) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development in the Securities of International Financial Organizations sector of
KASE official list on December 3, 2020.
The bonds’ admission initiator is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan).
This decision of the Board comes into force on December 7, 2020.
We will announce the opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE.
The bonds are listed under a ticker EBRDe13.
