/KASE, December 4, 2020/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated December 4, 2020:

• to allocate the company's retained earnings in the amount of KZT26,364,932,000 to payout of extra dividends based on 2019 results as follows:
• to define the amount of dividend per ordinary and preferred share at KZT242.00;
• dividends on preferred shares in the amount of KZT263,649,320 will be payable and will be transferred on December 7, 2020;
• dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of KZT26,101,282,680 will be payable and will be transferred on December 8, 2020;
• the procedure and form of dividend payout – by wireless transfer to shareholders' bank accounts.
