/KASE, December 4, 2020/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of
international bonds XS2264979431 of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development by way of subscription to them is conducted in the trading system
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) (hereinafter – the
Seller) acts as the Seller during the subscription.
The nominal volume of offered bonds is KZT60,000,000,000.
The price in an order must indicate the value of the fixed margin to the semi-
annual coupon in percentage of the face value of the bond with accuracy of up to
the second decimal place. In case of market orders, the "yield on market" is
indicated as the price.
The total nominal volume of the bonds planned for offering is preliminary and is
subject to change upon notification by the initiator of the said subscription.
The nominal amount in tenge must be indicated as the quantity of financial
instruments in the order. The minimum lot is 1,000 tenge.
Collection of orders under the subscription will be held on December 4, 2020
from 09:30 to 11:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan. In the course of the subscription,
limit and market orders submitted to KASE's trading system by the closed method
are accepted. Market orders execution rate – 30%.
The date of providing the Seller with the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is December 4, 2020; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange's is December 4, 2020; the settlement date
is December 8, 2020. Settlements are carried out by Central Securities
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the exchange only
through KASE's members of the "stock" category. The full list of KASE's

According to the terms of this subscription, the last name, first name and
patronymic (if available) of an individual or the name of a legal entity are
provided as additional information about the investor disclosed to the Seller
of the bonds.
