JSC National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" ("Kazatomprom" or "the
Company") announces that its unaudited, reviewed, consolidated financial
statements and notes for the three-months and nine-months ended 30
September 2020, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS), are now available on the Company’s website at
www.kazatomprom.kz/en/investors/finansovaya_otchetnost
Interim three-month and nine-month financial reporting is not a London Stock
Exchange ("LSE") or Astana International Exchange ("AIX") listing requirement
for Kazatomprom. However, the Company must prepare financial statements
each quarter to fulfil certain obligations for its debt securities listed on the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (“KASE”), under existing loan covenants, and to
meet regulatory requirements under local laws in Kazakhstan. Once the financial
statements are filed with the local regulatory bodies, they become publicly
available and are therefore part of the Company's disclosure record. Preparation
of an accompanying Operating and Financial Review ("OFR") is not necessary to
meet these interim reporting obligations
