/KASE, November 24, 2020/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on December 23,
2020 at 17:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders;
- on conclusion by the company of major interested party transactions.
