/KASE, November 24, 2020/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on December 23, 2020 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:

• approval of the agenda of the general meeting of the company's shareholders;
• on conclusion by the company of major interested party transactions.
