list of KASE) has informed KASE that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its
shareholders will start at 3:00 p.m. on December 22, 2020 with the following
agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
company’s shareholders;
- on making changes to the major interested-party transaction with Subsidiary
Bank Sberbank of Russia.
