/KASE, November 20, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 19, 2020 took a decision on
inclusion of the following bonds of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty) in
the category "bonds" of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00007110 (KFUSb5; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 5 years; annual coupon,
9.50 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007128 (KFUSb6; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; 7 years; annual coupon,
9.50 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007136 (KFUSb7; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 10 years; annual coupon,
9.50 % APR; 30/360).
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is November 20, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
