/KASE, November 19, 2020/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) has provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the following communique:

Asian Development Bank has raised KZT14.0 bn on KASE through subscription by placing two-year "green" international bonds XS2251962903 (ASDBe4) and XS2251962499 (ASDBe5).

This was the first ever offering of "green" bonds of Asian Development Bank on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

The proceeds from the bonds will fund ADB's portfolio of projects on adaptation to the climate change and mitigation of its consequences in Kazakhstan.
