/KASE, November 10, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 9, 2020:

• to approve changes and amendments to the company charter;
• to choose Ernst & Young as an audit firm for conducting the audit of the company for the period from 2020 to 2022.
