During the plenary session of the senate deputies started examining changes and additions into the republican budget for 2003

/Kazakhstan today, May 26, 03/ - Today, on May 26 during plenary session of the senate deputies started examining changes and additions into the republican budget for 2003, a correspondent of KZ-today informs from Astana. As was informed before, over-fulfillment of inflows on the republican budget of 2003 had equaled to KZT72.6 bn. The specified forecast of the republican budget's revenue was KZT632.6 bn. that is more by 69.7 bn. than the plan. At that, tax inflows are specified with growth by KZT67.7 bn., non-tax - with growth by KZT1.9 bn. Revenues from operations with capital are forecasted with growth against the confirmed plan, which said about growth by KZT0.16 bn., specified forecast concerning credits repayment is planned with growth against the plan by KZT2.9 bn. In accordance with changing of forecast of tenge's rate relative to US dollar from 161 to 154 tenge there appears economy in the amount of KZT6.2 bn. due to the assumed decrease of expenses concerned with servicing the government's debt and other expenses, which are made in terms of dollar. Thus, as the whole resource part for growth of expenses was KZT78.8 bn. Main changes in the supply will be spent for realization of measures, which follow from the message of the country's head (KZT65.1 bn.). Including, for growth of minimal size of pensions and differentiated increase depending on seniority it's planned to spend KZT19.4 bn. For foundation of new and strengthening of existing state institutions of development KZT45.7 bn. are to be spent, including: Kazakhstan investment fund - KZT23 bn., Innovation fund - KZT3 bn., State insurance corporation on export insurance - KZT7.7 bn., Development Bank of Kazakhstan - KZT12 bn. (of them KZT7.7 bn. for increasing of authorized capital, KZT4.3 bn. for replenishment of credit resources). 3 bn. from remaining KZT13 bn. are spent for building of objects in Astana, KZT2 bn. - for building of roads in West Kazakhstan, KZT1 bn. - for participation in authorized capital of Building- society savings bank. In compliance with acting legislation, voting on changes and additions into the budget will be held at the joint conference of chambers of the parliament, which has been called for May 30.
