National Company KazMunayGas reports early redemption of Eurobonds XS0925015074, US46639UAA34 (KMGZe6) and XS1595713279, US48667QAM78 (KMGZe10)
/KASE, November 6, 2020/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the company has early redeemed the following Eurobonds on November 3, 2020:
1) XS1595713279, US48667QAM78 (KMGZe10) for the amount of US $500,000,000.00, record date is October 16, 2020;
2) XS0925015074, US46639UAA34 (KMGZe6) for the amount of US $406,564,000.00, record date is October 15, 2020.
