/KASE, November 4, 2020/ – Bank Bank RBK (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 3, 2020, B. Zhamishev was elected the Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Bank Bank RBK JSC consists of five persons: B. Zhamishev, Paul Thorsten, N. Akentyeva, M. Alimbekov, B. Zhainazarov.
