/KASE, November 4, 2020/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on December 4, 2020
at 12:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being the issue of
electing the new composition of the company's Board of Directors.
