/KASE, October 8, 2020/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions of its sole shareholder of October 8, 2020:

• to pay the second ahd last part of dividends on ordinary shares;
• to distribute cash dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of KZT20,169,172,980 to be payable and to be transferred on October 12, 2020.
