/KASE, August 28, 2020/ – Crystal Management (Almaty, hereinafter, in the quotes,
the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that "on September 22, 2020, Addendum No. 8 to the
Contract for Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons on the territory of Block
A in Kyzylorda, Karaganda and Aktobe regions No. 3996-UVS dated February 7, 2014
was concluded between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the
Competent Authority) and the Company (Subsoil User)".
