/KASE, September 22, 2020/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by the decision of the sole shareholder of September 15, 2020,
A.S. Amirtayev elected a member of the Board of Director and an independent
director of the company.
Given these changes, KazAgro National Management Holding’s Board of Directors
comprises nine people: R.V. Sklyar, S.K. Omarov, B.Sh. Sholpankulov, Zh.Kh.
Madiyev, E.Sh. Karashukeyev, Igor Abramov, Michael Weinstein, Jörg Andreas
Dinkelaker, A.S. Amirtayev.
