/KASE, September 16, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated September 10, 2020 the following persons were elected to the composition of the Management Board:

• Y. Ospanov – Chairman of the Management Board;
• A. Abishev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• R. Kydykov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• A. Beisembiyev – managing director;
• A. Suankulova – finance director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund consists of five persons.
