/KASE, September 16, 2020/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder, the following changes were made to the Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Zakarlyuk – a member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: Sebastian Peter – a member of the Board of Directors.
