/KASE, September 15, 2020/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 1, 2020, S.
Bisultanov was elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of AMF Group JSC
consists of three persons: B. Baysyrymov, A. Umbetova, S. Bisultanov.
