KazTransOil says operation of Astrakhan-Mangyshlak water pipeline restored
/KASE, September 15, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release of September 15, 2020:

On September 12, the repair of a defective section of the Astrakhan-Mangyshlak main water pipeline was completed. Water supply is carried out in accordance with the established plan. Restoration work was carried out with the involvement of employees of KazTransOil JSC, which provides services for maintenance and repair of the water pipeline.
In the Zhylyoi district of Atyrau region on September 10, 2020, the pipe of the main water pipeline "Astrakhan-Mangyshlak" (owned by "Magystralnyi Vodovod" LLP) was depressurized.
"Magystralnyi Vodovod" LLP is included into KazTransOil JSC. Manages the main water pipeline and adjacent water distribution networks with a total length of 1945,1 km. It provides water to the population of Atyrau and Mangistau regions, and also delivers water to the Uzen, Zhetybai, Karazhanbas, Kalamkas and Tengiz oil fields.
