whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release of September 9, 2020:

For construction of the 1st phase of the multifunctional hotel and tourism
facility "Aktau Resort Hotel" in Mangystau region (hereinafter – the Project)
Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (subsidiary of "National managing holding
"Baiterek", hereinafter – DBK, the Bank) opened a credit line for Aktau Tourism
City LTD (hereinafter – the Borrower). The total cost of the Project makes up
KZT66.8 bn, the DBK provided a loan in the amount of KZT42 bn for 20 years.
Funds disbursed by the DBK were spent on purchasing equipment and on
construction work.
