/KASE, September 8, 2020/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company
(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered amendments to the issue
prospectus of bonds KZ2C00004356 (KASE main market, category"bonds", KZIKb28;
KZT1, KZT3.2 bn; June 21, 2019 – June 21, 2039, 30/360) and a certificate of
state registration of issue of bonds dated September 2, 2020 replacing the one
issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the
Financial Market has registered amendments to the issue prospectus of these
bonds;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the change in the maturity of
these bonds;
- the period of maturity of bonds was changed from 240 to 360 months.
