/KASE, September 7, 2020/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2020, A. Zhakutov –
managing director for production, a member of the Management Board, was
removed from the composition of the Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Batys tranzit
consists of two persons: K. Ibragimov, D. Mautkanov.
