/KASE, September 4, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2020
A. Fokina, a member of the Management Board, was removed from the composition
of the Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank
"Home Credit and Finance Bank" consists of four persons: Karel Gorak,
N. Nadirova, Batchvarov Kiril Atanasov, Zimmerman Antonin.
