/KASE, September 4, 2020/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from September 1, 2020 FINANCIAL SERVICES B.V. is no longer a shareholder with ten or more percent shares of the company.

According to information provided, from the specified date FINANCIAL SERVICES B.V. holds 8.38878419 % of shares of KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern.
