/KASE, August 28, 2020/ – Management Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
made the decision to include the following securities as of August 28, 2020 to
the List of financial instruments of the stock market admitted to transactions
with the central counterparty on the terms of partial collateral (List T+) and
the List of financial instruments recorded as collateral for obligations on the
transactions with partial collateral (Collateral List T+):
- Eurobonds XS2214305737 (EBRDе11, KZT1, KZT60.0 bn, August 19, 2020 – August
19, 2028, inflation rate-indexed semi-annual coupon: inflation+margin,
actual/360) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development;
- bonds KZ2C00003333 (KZIKb27, KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; December 15, 2017 – December
15, 2027, semi-annual coupon 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of Mortgage Organization
Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty).
